Paying It Forward
Patrick Carroll follows closely the words of Muhammad Ali: “Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.” He applies the same energy, creativity, and thoughtfulness to his charitable giving as he does to his business dealings. To that end, he has established the Patrick Carroll Foundation, which will serve as a focal point for his charitable endeavors.
As a child and well into his teenage years, Carroll spent many happy hours at the Tampa Bay branch of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA), and he’s never forgotten the crucial role the organization played in his life. Over the years he has volunteered his time and financial support to the BGCA, and has served on the board of trustees for the Tampa Bay club since 2018.
Like his endeavors in real estate, Carroll’s work with BGCA is dynamic and inspiring. Aware that some families don’t have the resources to buy new shoes for their children, he created Kicks for Kids in 2022 and has so far given away $500,000 worth of high-end sneakers at BGCA locations in Miami, Tampa, Atlanta, New York, and Chicago. Each event is fashioned as a party, with music, food, and games, along with appearances by local celebrities, such as Chance the Rapper and Chicago Blackhawks mascot Tommy Hawk. Carroll’s goal is to donate $1 million in shoes to children at 10 BGCA clubs across the country.

Charitable Works in Progress
Patrick Carroll is passionate about early childhood development and actively supports causes that educate children about health and wellness.
In partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Carroll co-founded Kickz for Kids, which has given away $500,000 worth of high-end sneakers by makers such as Nike and Adidas to more than a thousand children in five U.S. cities. Ultimately, the goal is to give away $1 million in shoes in 10 cities.
Carroll supports Angel Watching Over Me, a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families who have suffered financial hardship due to the loss of a loved one.
A Solid Foundation
Established in 2023, the Patrick Carroll Foundation is focused on providing financial assistance to underprivileged children and their families for a variety of needs.
